1. Scope of Agreement
Welcome to Car Detail Plus. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, booking system, auto detailing services, and related support (collectively, “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Description of Services
Car Detail Plus provides professional auto detailing, paint correction, ceramic coatings, interior deep cleaning, and mobile detailing. Services are offered to vehicle owners and fleet managers. Misuse of our Services or fraudulent activity is prohibited.

3. Booking & Payment
All bookings must be made through our online system or by contacting us directly. Service fees are displayed on our website and confirmed at booking. Payment is due in advance by credit card, bank transfer, or other accepted methods. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments for non-payment.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% fee. No-shows or cancellations less than 2 hours before service forfeit the full service fee.

Service Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the quality of work performed, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion. We will make every reasonable effort to correct any issues at no additional cost. If we cannot resolve the issue, you may request a partial or full refund of the service fee paid. Refunds are issued within 10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Liability & Warranty
Our Services are carried out with professional care. Car Detail Plus is not liable for pre-existing vehicle damage or for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. We warrant our workmanship for 7 days against defects directly related to the performed detailing.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on our site—text, images, logos—is owned by Car Detail Plus. You may not reproduce or use our materials without prior written consent.

7. Modifications & Termination
We may update these Terms at any time; changes take effect when posted online. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate Services or your access for breach of Terms.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Basel, Switzerland.
